If you are not in, the postal service will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver. You will then be able to rearrange delivery.

International Signed For Service - £10.00 Please allow 5-6 days

This is a signed for delivery service. If you are not in, the postal service will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver. You will then be able to rearrange delivery with the local postal service.

All our products are shipped from the UK. Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Rest of the world

Please allow approx 5-10 business days for the USA / 8-15 working days for Australia and New Zealand.

All our products are shipped from the UK. These charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes. Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: We cannot deliver to any PO BOX addresses or to private addresses in China and Russia.
 

Returns:

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, then it is easy to send things back to us. You have 14 days to return products to No Pink Please, provided they are in their original condition with all product labels still attached.
Please let us know whether you would like a refund or exchange with the return. Please note that, unless the product is faulty, we are not able to refund the cost of original delivery or the cost of returning the products.

Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our premises.Therefore we advise that you use a parcel or delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Refunds will be made via your original method of payment.

 

Processing Returns:

We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receipt and will let you know by email as soon as we have refunded you or sent you a replacement item.

 
Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange any item subject to availability and you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement item.  If you would like an exchange, please indicate which products or size when you return the original product.

 

Faulty or incorrect goods:

We hope this won’t happen but if you receive any goods that are faulty or you are sent the wrong items, please return them to us following the instructions above and, once we have verified the error, we will either send you a replacement item (refunding your return cost) or, if you prefer, refund you in full for the cost of the product and any delivery and return costs incurred by you.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
